Your work should look like this:

Making the Beard in the white:

Cut 60 pieces of yarn long around 35cm, and 62 pieces of yarn long around 30cm each:7

Attach the longer 60 pieces halfway on the frontside of the head, like it’s shown on the pictures:
8

9

In the row beneath the one you attached the 60 pieces on, attach 62 pieces of yarn starting a stitch on the side so the bottom row is longer than the upper one:
10

11

To make the beard more textured, you can untwist the yarn. Usually the yarn is created out of 3 seperate strands, so if you separate them, you will get a nicely curly beard.
12

Sew The Nose to the Head, over the Beard like it’s shown on the picture:
13

Tidy up the Beard:

15

Attach the hat on the body, letting it run a little bit over the nose… and Gnome Jingle JoyBell is done!
On the end of the Hat you can attach tiny bells or any other Christmas ornaments.

You can sell crochet pieces made from this pattern, but you are not allowed to sell, reproduce or publish the pattern.
I would appreciate credit as the designer.

Happy crocheting and wishing you a joyous Holiday Season and a most prosperous and healthy New Year!
